Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing/demand generation in B2B software technology space.
  • Experience creating and deploying account-based marketing strategies that engage and convert enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline targets through regional marketing while maintaining acceptable acquisition costs and managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
  • Proven experience creating and delivering effective, multifaceted ABM that produces results across various marketing channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, Asana, and other Martech tools.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building productive and influential relationships with internal and external constituents.
  • Permanent resident or US citizen with the ability to travel.
  • Preferably located in the US Pacific time zone.
  • Coordinate and set marketing direction with input from key stakeholders.
  • Drive collaborative approach with sales, channel, and customer teams to meet goals.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to exceed objectives.
  • Leverage ABM tools to create and measure success of ABM programs.
  • Optimize lead volume, quality, and orchestration with enterprise business development team.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting as part of Demand Generation marketing plan.
  • Hold 3rd-party vendors and agencies accountable for performance and value.
  • Track success criteria and performance metrics to align on growth priorities.
