As HRBP, you’ll partner with the HR team to strategically work with leadership and individual contributors across the company to roll out various programs that better the entire organization. You will take the lead on improving and implementing learning and development programs that enable employees to gain skillsets for their careers. You may be involved in organizational procedures, including hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent development. You’ll build relationships internally, advocating for our employees’ needs and aligning initiatives with our business goals; providing coaching and guidance to employees and managers.
What You’ll Do
- Create a learning environment and programs that encourage employees to gain more skillsets that apply to their roles (including Lunch & Learns, updating onboarding content)
- Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent
- Analyze business and HR metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, in order to recommend improvements
- Design end-to-end leadership and talent initiatives, consulting with senior executives.
- Partner with HR and management to create career pathways and clear expectations for each role
- Work with team leaders on change management, performance management, and talent management initiatives
- Stay up to date on HR compliance and implement structure as needed; monitor and implement federal and state requirements
- Create surveys about employee satisfaction and engagement to implement a people strategy that ensures employee retention

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and excited to take initiative
- Has proven ability to be successful in ever-changing environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to remain flexibility
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and growth
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of personalities and skill sets
Compensation
The salary range for this role is expected to be $130,000-$150,000. Other compensation for the role includes equity, a generous PTO policy and health, vision & dental insurance.
