Responsibilities
  • Create a learning environment and programs that encourage employees to gain more skillsets that apply to their roles (including Lunch & Learns, updating onboarding content)
  • Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent
  • Analyze business and HR metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, in order to recommend improvements
  • Design end-to-end leadership and talent initiatives, consulting with senior executives
  • Partner with HR and management to create career pathways and clear expectations for each role
  • Work with team leaders on change management, performance management, and talent management initiatives
  • Stay up to date on HR compliance and implement structure as needed; monitor and implement federal and state requirements
  • Create surveys about employee satisfaction and engagement to implement a people strategy that ensures employee retention
  • Mentor HR Team
