Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Write engaging and high-impact content, including blog posts, white papers, email campaigns, website pages, and more, targeted at developers, engineering managers, product managers, and executives in the SMB SaaS tech space.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and Developer Relations teams to ensure content aligns with product releases and resonates with both technical and business audiences.
  • Growth Marketing: Manage our graphic design resources to contribute to digital campaigns, product initiatives, and customer-focused programs.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to identify high-performing content and double down on successful strategies, ensuring a strong SEO impact and high conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns, including landing pages, email campaigns, and A/B testing. Continuously measure and optimize the performance of these campaigns.
  • Voice and Messaging: Develop and maintain a strong, authentic voice for Nylas content that speaks to technical and business audiences without relying on industry clichés.
