Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of each site to manage operations and meet client needs effectively
  • Deliver the Services Agreement in line with contractual KPIs and performance standards
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients and internal BGIS teams
  • Manage reactive and preventative maintenance through clear leadership and communication
  • Implement asset maintenance strategies to ensure compliance and optimise performance
  • Monitor and analyse asset condition, maintenance activities, and compliance data
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies, legislation, and BGIS systems at all times
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, reporting, and service delivery
  • Support or assist with projects and minor works as required

  • Trade background highly regarded but not essential
