Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Experience in insurance or a similar service-based industry, B2B environment, and/or selling or marketing to the C-suite is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Work with the BDC Manager and Regional Growth Leader
  • Become a Salesforce expert and manage reports and dashboards
  • Create and update presentations in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Support in-person and virtual events
  • Assist Producers with prospect lists, forecasting, and client entries
  • Help run Salesforce campaigns and track outreach
  • Research potential accounts and leads
  • Support Sales Enablement in onboarding and training new Producers
