- 3-5 years of recent technical writing experience (at least 1 year in a corporate environment)
- 1 year of recent experience using a single-source authoring tool (preferably RoboHelp) to create online help
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, including editing and applying templates and creating and editing complex documents
- Expert-level proficiency with English grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage
- Knowledge of computing principles and basic computing terminology used in describing procedures for using windows applications and web applications.
- Bachelor's degree in a writing field, such as Technical Writing.
