- Strong background in analytical method development such as differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance (proton and carbon), ultraviolet-visible, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and ion chromatography as related to drug substances and process development
- Proficiency with a variety of instrumentation platforms and software applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience on drug product or drug substance
- Educational requirement: Master of Science degree with a minimum of 0-3 years industrial experience, or Bachelor of Science degree with 5+ years in a relevant role
- Support the development of small molecule pharmaceuticals from the pre-clinical stage through commercialization, involving internal activities and collaboration with external resources
- Manage several projects simultaneously
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Design and execute experiments
- Interpret data
- Communicate findings in written and oral forms
