Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of automotive parts or service experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories is required.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems is required; Reynolds experience is preferred.
- The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications is required.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- The candidate must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- The candidate must be able to stand, walk, and move between parts counters and stock areas for extended periods.
- The candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- The candidate must be able to bend, reach, and climb ladders to access parts storage areas.
- The candidate must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- The candidate must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Sell automotive parts and accessories to customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Perform all duties consistently with ADA essential functions and dealership policies.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of automotive parts or service experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Reynolds dealership management system is preferred.
