Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve the company's B2B sales growth targets
  • Lead and manage the Business Development and Lead Generation teams to ensure they are achieving their targets and KPIs
  • Managing relationships with Resellers and driving growth in new markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential new clients and partners
  • Develop a team to maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound lead generation and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities to encourage repeat and continuous business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market and use this information to inform the company's B2B sales growth strategy
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as Acquisition, PR, Product & Tech, Finance and Buying, to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
  • Provide regular reports to the Leadership Team, Company Check In’s and All Hands on business development activities, progress, and results
