We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and has extensive experience working with groups in China. The ideal candidate will manage and drive the development of our neural interface technology projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our global teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between Pison’s internal teams and external partners, particularly in China.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, product management, and customer support, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Drive the integration of our ENG platform with various IoT applications and ensure successful deployment.
- Support the development of strategies for future technology advancements and product roadmaps.
Skills/Abilities:
- Fluency in Mandarin and experience working with teams and stakeholders in China.
- Strong understanding of neural interface technologies, gesture recognition, and neurophysiological insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Experience working with AI, data sets, and IoT applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed to support project requirements.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing complex technical projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams and international collaboration.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is a plus.
