Responsibilities
  • Own all Nextech Payments implementations
  • Coordinate identification of Beta customers for new payment integrations
  • Provide suggestions for improvement in client experience
  • Manage third-party integrations and certifications
  • Educate internal stakeholders on Nextech Payments features
  • Troubleshoot and report issues to Product Team
  • Support feature launch and commercialization
  • Create and maintain documentation and demo videos
  • Train clients on Nextech Payments features
  • Assist with client setup and troubleshooting
  • Manage post-go live client health check
  • Support quantitative analysis of Payments feature utilization
