  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year technical degree or better preferred
  • 2+ years of increasing sales experience
  • 1 year in industrial sales
  • Previous sales experience selling mobile hydraulic service/repair preferred
  • Fluid Power Certification preferred
  • Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Willingness to travel overnight
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales activities within a specified territory
  • Create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams
  • Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
