Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect problem gutters, siding, fascia, soffits, etc. to determine the best repair procedures.
Estimate materials and labor required to complete exterior jobs as scoped.
Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight.
Be able to start and complete projects with autonomy.
Prepare and collect invoices.
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, gutter guards, damaged siding, etc.
Follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

General Carpentry knowledge is a must.
Ability to safely climb ladders to reach roofs, and attic spaces as needed.
Ability to safely walk at higher elevations and slopes as needed.
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a background check.
Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Commission based $60,000 to $80,000+ potential
