  • Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Completed a Fundamentals of Nursing course.
  • Applicable experience of less than one year.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Nursing students are restricted from performing licensed tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical procedures and provide patient care for assigned patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform direct and indirect patient-care activities.
  • Provide support to other health care team members.
  • Perform technical tasks according to unit competency validation.
