Requirements
  • 7+ years marketing experience with 5+ years in product marketing
  • Experience in GTM strategy, product launch planning, persona development, and market, industry and competitive research
  • Extensive expertise in creating product positioning, feature messaging, website copy, video scripts, case studies, sales collateral, sales presentations and sales tools
  • Data-driven, highly motivated individual who is inspired to outperform KPIs and obsessively reports on marketing performance and optimizes programs based on results
  • Team player who works cross-functionally with respect, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones (US and AUS) that require effective asynchronous communication
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our marketing, product, design, sales and customer success leaders to develop the launch plan for new products and features
  • Manage the cross-functional activities and communications required to successfully launch new products to market
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of buyer, influencer, and user personas through qualitative and quantitative research
  • Develop product positioning and messaging hierarchy for new products
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to stay up-to-date on market, industry, and competitive research
  • Define compelling product packaging, bundling, and pricing strategies
  • Build programs and processes to simplify messaging product features and benefits internally and externally
