Requirements
  • 3 years or more experience executing high level administrative work, ideally in an HR setting.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule travel, organize meetings, and prepare detailed expense reports.
  • Schedule meetings, employee orientations and training sessions, and special events.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Draft, edit, and format communications, reports, and presentations with precision.
  • Maintain secure HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate in confidential work aligned with company initiatives.
  • Contribute to the success of the Human Resources team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot basic technology issues and coordinate with internal IT for timely solutions.
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies, handling basic tech issues, and contributing to a productive work environment.
  • Serve as backup coverage for other administrative staff and the Brookfield front desk when needed.
