- Oversees an infrastructure of planned onboarding, training, and development activity for all team members according to the Global programs and standards
- Responsible for labor relations in accordance with Precor and local/geographical standards
- Implement recruitment and selection programs that attract quality, enthusiastic, and well-qualified team members who will bring expertise to the organization
- Prepare salary forecasts and Human Resources budgets together with the Finance Team and Sr Leadership
- Manage the operation of an efficient and accurate HR technology in order to meet statutory, legal, and internal company requirements
- Manage the open enrollment process and own relationships with external vendors
- Provide a counseling and advisory service to all employees and manage all grievance and disciplinary proceedings, adhering to company, and legal requirements
- Develop a team of Human Resources professionals who are focused on delivering a best in class employee experience to the Precor team
