Senior Product Manager, Cloud

Hybrid work 2 days in office per week in Sunnyvale, CA

As a Product Manager at Illumio, you lead the definition of the product for the target market. 

You will be responsible for delivering solutions that are market leading to protect our customers’ investments in the public cloud. 

In this role, you will identify the problems to solve, develop the right product requirements, and lead scrum teams with a laser focus on helping Illumio Customers in their Public Cloud journey.

Bring your visionary instincts to all stages of the product lifecycle—conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities—manage strategic planning, feature selection, and tactical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from ideation to launch including design centric obsession in research, strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, support, marketing and customers to deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth.

• Gain subject matter expertise within the Zero Trust space that establishes you as a resource for customers and cross functional peers

• Champion the voice of the customer into epics and user stories for scrum teams

• Gain a deep understanding of the markets you serve and develop GTM plans partnering with Illumio’s marketing team

Experience:

• 5 - 8 years experience in delivering SaaS and public cloud security solutions including one or more of the following – protecting public cloud and hybrid workloads to meet security and compliance requirements, Big Data Analytics, DevOps Security tooling, k8s/container security

• Prioritization skills to balance delivering customer value across customer segments and engineering priorities

• Decision making expertise informed by data, technology limitations and ambiguity!

• Your authentic self and be a team player to collaborate with stakeholders in the organization

• Experience in delivering SaaS and public cloud security solutions including one or more of the following - protecting public cloud and hybrid workloads to meet security and compliance requirements, Big Data Analytics, DevOps Security tooling, k8s/container security

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to seamlessly pivot between strategic & tactical priorities

• The ability to analyze and anticipate market trends

Pay Range:

$ 172,000 USD - $ 206,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
