Requirements
  • Relevant or lived experience supporting people with disability.

Responsibilities
  • Support people with permanent and significant disability through National Disability Insurance Scheme applications.
  • Work with participants to identify and map their personal goals.
  • Connect participants with community groups, services, and opportunities.
  • Help participants understand and make the most of their National Disability Insurance Scheme plans.
  • Build community awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and create new ways for people to get involved.
  • Track outcomes and impact to achieve key performance indicators.
