- Experience proven in deploying ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Mastery of agile frameworks on the ServiceNow platform.
- Define the strategic portfolio roadmap and model client investment portfolios in alignment with the native capabilities of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Design, document, and validate the functional architecture of the SPM solution, including complex integrations and Lean Portfolio Management models.

Devoteam strengthens its presence in Spain with the acquisition of Deiser, an Atlassian Platinum Partner
Devoteam, a European technology consulting firm, has acquired DEISER, a Spanish company specialising in Atlassian solutions, to strengthen its position in the Spanish market. The acquisition integrates over 60 qualified professionals from DEISER into Devoteam's team. Founded in 1998, DEISER is a leading provider of Atlassian solutions including Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management across Spain and Latin America. The company has developed its own applications on the Atlassian Marketplace, such as Projectrak, Exporter, Budgety and Allocaty. The deal aligns with Devoteam's expansion strategy in southern Europe and reinforces its commitment to AI-driven transformation in the Iberian Peninsula. DEISER will initially operate as "Deiser part of Devoteam" before fully consolidating under the Devoteam brand within a year.
Elastic names Devoteam its top professional services partner for Northern Europe. Elastic, one of the world's largest providers of open-source search platforms, has named Devoteam its 2025 Services Partner for Northern Europe for the second year running. US-headquartered Elastic is a software company that provides a platform for enterprise search, observability, and AI-driven analytics.
