Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferred, in roofing sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the roofing industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Hybrid role acts as "player coach" with individual selling responsibility while leading and mentoring the sales team
  • Lead a team of roofing sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure that team members are meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Facilitate weekly training for the team members focusing on all aspects of the WE CARE sales system.
  • Co-travel one time per month with each team member and provide feedback via the feedback form.
  • Provide daily/weekly validation of WE CARE sales system.
  • Daily - Appointment review for pictures, videos (roof and attic) and call disposition.
  • Weekly - Review of call disposition and A/R and follow up.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth via the We CARE system.
  • Model the Bone Dry Experience process with all internal and external customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management as requested.
  • In the event of severe weather (wind, hail etc.) STL is responsible to ensure proper coverage of all appointments including weekends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and margins.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all sales activities are properly tracked and documented in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
