  • Experience with any newer retail media 1st party offerings - GoPuff, CVS, Ulta, Walgreens
  • Experience with retail media sponsored products platforms like Criteo RMP, PromoteIQ or CitrusAd
  • Exposure to DSP/Programmatic (Ex. TheTradeDesk), CTV or OTT offerings with retailers

Responsibilities
  • In partnership with your Director, support client teams in meeting advertising business objectives and ensure that strategies are optimally driven and achieved across all Retail Media channels
  • Lead cross-channel internal performance report drafting, editing, and updating
  • In partnership with the Strategic Services team, develop repeatable frameworks and processes that span across channels to help bring clarity, access and enable program management teammates to excel. An example would be coordinating and tracking alpha and beta opportunities
  • Support Retailer side relationships and communication from a Partner, Product, Sales & Marketing perspective
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Retail Media's overall business objectives and serve as a strategic support for Retail Media Search & Display campaign management efforts
  • Support Tinuiti's Marketing Teams with research and asset generation
  • Act as SME for campaign audits and strategy across retail media channels as assigned. Conduct audits across account management, sales, and onboarding departments
  • Enable and support cross-team collaboration (Search, DSP, Operations, Creative) in order to unify efforts and streamline cross-channel/tactic efficiencies for ad planning and delivery
  • In partnership with the Account Team leads, establish and lead internal trainings on industry or product changes that affect Account Teams' work and as a way to further the development of our Account Team's customer service, approach to strategy, and concepts that aid in deepening relationships with clients
  • Support & participate in sales audits & pitches when requested, and work with channel & partner leads to identify potential sales cross over opportunities
  • Support the product roadmap and act as critical feedback liaison between product and account management teams to better craft product and use efficiencies
  • Lead Account Management issue resolution efforts, acting as a partner concern resource for retailer-specific issues and cases
