Summary/Overview:
KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC) is seeking a Research Analyst for our Structured Finance team in the New York office.
This individual will assist in the creation and publication of timely and insightful research reports covering the ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and Structured Credit markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write topical research reports across all structured finance markets for external publication.
- Maintain and publish KBRA’s monthly credit indices.
- Speak with buy-side investors about KBRA’s view on structured finance credit fundamentals.
- Willingness to travel – up to 5% annually
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- B.A. / B.S. degree is required.
- A minimum of one (1) or more years of business experience
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills are preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work closely with partners in a collaborative environment.
- Possess a willingness to learn the business of Credit Ratings.
Salary Range:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $80,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
