- Technical training in methods, industrialization, industrial engineering, or mechanics.
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in assembly.
- Proficiency in time-analysis methods and workstation optimization, particularly the MTM-UAS method.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Ability to use computer-aided design tools such as SolidWorks or Creo to analyze mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to work with production teams and support users in implementing new methods or equipment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a project environment.
- Fluency in English to interact with international suppliers and production sites.
- Develop and propose assembly routings, provide technical input on methods-preparation activities, calculate associated times, and perform ergonomic analyses, primarily for capacity projects.
- Manage and monitor the development and implementation of capacity equipment.
- Prepare specifications for capacity equipment.
- Lead the project team and coordinate with the supplier as the primary contact.
- Supervise equipment reception and transfer into production at the company’s factories.
- Commission equipment at the company’s factories.
- Validate project contract objectives.
- Prepare workstation instructions for production operators.
- Train production operators on the equipment.
- Integrate new equipment into the company’s information systems.
- Experience in an industrial environment involving assembly.
