The Gift Gallery Business Coordinator is responsible for daily financial and administrative operations of the Gift Gallery/Gift Shop. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
* Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
* 2 years of retail operation/management experience with in depth knowledge of accounting and financial statements
* 2 years experience at point-of-sale cash register systems (INTEGRIS Health Edmond preferred)
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
The Gift Gallery Business Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Responsible for daily operations of Gift Gallery/Gift Shop
* Develops business practices and reporting systems
* Develops service area descriptions and procedures for staff and volunteers
* Assists with merchandising and buying including meeting with vendors and/or attending various wholesale market places
INTEGRIS Health Edmond, ICVH and ISMC
* Supervises Volunteer staff including on boarding, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. Reports to assigned Director and/or Manager. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Minimal exposure to hazardous risks including the use of a box knife. Exposed to frequent interruptions, high sales volume, requests for information by volunteers, general public, in person or on the telephone and financial deadlines, etc. Frequently must work in overcrowded workroom storage area when unpacking, marking and storing new merchandise.
