Requirements
- 5+ years of experience sales, 2+ years managing a team (preference towards those within B2B SaaS and/or fintech industries)
- A deep understanding of empathetic leadership and the ability to create an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both team members and clients
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to guide data-driven decision-making while understanding the human aspect of sales
- A passion for understanding customer needs and finding innovative solutions that align with their goals
- Proven track record of building a robust pipeline, sustained new sales success, and exceeding quotas within SaaS and/or fintech environments
- A love for problem-solving and comfortable asking for help and admitting mistakes
- Experience in Sandler Sales, SPIN Selling and/or Challenger Sales
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to bridge communication gaps between different departments
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends and emerging sales techniques
- Fluent in developing customized proposals, pricing strategies, contracting processes, deal structures, and contract negotiation
- A self-motivated and dynamic thinker with the ability to flex, innovate, and solve problems creatively
- Experience building processes from scratch and creating support while doing it
- Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
Responsibilities

- Create a Culture of Care: Establish an environment where every team member feels valued, understood, and supported. Promote inclusivity, open communication, and empathy as cornerstones of our sales team culture
- Help set clear performance metrics and targets while emphasizing the importance of balance. Empower your team to strive for excellence while recognizing the importance of their well-being
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine our sales strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth, market expansion, and product development. Your empathetic insights will drive customer-centric innovation
- Hire and manage the sales teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales goals; build tools and/or reports to provide updates to cross-functional teams
- Continue to develop infrastructure, systems, processes, and partner with our Sales Enablement Manager to create training programs to support the success of the sales team
- Create and foster your pipeline of prospects and achieve a minimum of 30% sales win rate
- Maintain current and accurate information on account status and sales activity in SalesForce.com
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly
