Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives, driving ShareGate’s brand awareness, demand generation, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with leaders across growth, product, and executive teams to co-create an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Drive alignment and consistency in go-to-market initiatives through effective communication and strategic planning, ensuring all efforts contribute to ShareGate’s overall success.
  • Leverage strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they remain aligned with our growth trajectory and deliver on key objectives.
  • Strengthen ShareGate’s trusted brand identity within the cloud technology and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, positioning it as a leader in migration, governance, and cost optimization.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns that build a robust pipeline, accelerate customer acquisition, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Cultivate a thriving community of IT professionals, administrators, and advocates through impactful content, events, and strategic partnerships that reinforce customer loyalty.
  • Develop product marketing strategies that emphasize ShareGate’s unique value proposition, collaborating closely with product teams to ensure messaging resonates and drives adoption of the full feature set. Bring strong expertise in channel partnerships and distributor relationships.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, measuring success and refining strategies to maximize impact.
