Responsibilities

As a Process Development Engineer at Fluxergy, you will be at the heart of our mission to continuously improve and innovate. You will be involved in the following:
Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept to full scale production
Characterize existing processes, establish controls for critical parameters, improve process robustness
Perform qualification/validation of processes and equipment used in the scale-up of new or existing products
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to evaluate new solutions and process innovations
Reducing scrap through innovative methods
Problem Solving and techniques to identify and implement mitigation plans
Develop a thorough understanding of the functional and performance characteristics of the Fluxergy Card and Analyzer

What You Will Do

As a Process Development Engineer at Fluxergy, you will be at the heart of our mission to continuously improve and innovate. You will be involved in the following:

What You’ll Need to Have

Salary Range: $70,000 - $81,000
