Requirements
- A professional qualification in industrial maintenance, such as a professional Licence or BTS MSI.
- Successful experience in industrial-sector maintenance.
- Electrical authorizations and CACES certifications are required.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to contribute.
Responsibilities
- Start and stop the production center.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the schedule and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting promptly while considering production requirements.
- Carry out continuous-improvement actions approved by the Production Manager and Maintenance Manager.
- Identify spare-parts needs for ordering and manage inventory.
- Operate the boiler.
- Continuously monitor and intervene on the machinery fleet and utility networks, including water and energy systems.
- Perform water analyses for boilers, discharges, and other systems, and detect deviations.
- Prepare reports and communicate completed interventions to colleagues and managers, including intervention time and breakdown severity.
- Complete operational indicators, including DI and intervention time.
