This assignment includes facilitating the global OSM team for multiple Base Build sites. The focus of this team is to drive OSM Off-Site Manufacturing efforts across new-build construction sites and vendors/contractors located across North America, Europe, APAC and Middle East. Along with this, our group is dedicated to implement of offsite manufacturing strategy and removing inefficiencies within the fabrication, assembly, logistics and construction process. Specific focus on establishing an OSM Central Knowledge and Product Library, applying data analytics skills to project executions data and digitalization/visualization of program indicators will be major parts of this technical intern assignment.
This is an on-site part-time internship position (working 20 hours per week) in Chandler Arizona, Summer 2024-Fall 2024.
As an Off Site Manufacturing Technical Coordinator Graduate Intern your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Build OSM cultural into construction programs.
Support current project managers as needed.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather info and build relationships.
Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and be enrolled in a Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or a closely related field and have 1-2 years of experience in Database management (i.e.: SharePoint, Smartsheet).
Preferred Qualifications:
Data management related major.
Prior internship experience.
Experience in Python / VBA.
Experience in BIM or Hexagon platform.
