Requirements
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience in related roles
  • A minimum of five years' experience working in a senior role in server management of Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012 Servers
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a senior role with Forefront Identity Manager
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a senior role with Microsoft Internet Information Services, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Lync
  • Experience migrating 600 or more users using Dell/Quest Migration Manager for Active Directory and/or Microsoft Active Directory Migration Tool
  • Expertise in Active Directory, server builds, forest and domain policy implementations, DNS (Active Directory integrated and non-integrated) and PowerShell
  • Experience with Active Directory migration and consolidation projects
  • Active Directory design and implementation experience in inter-forest and intra-forest trust relationship maintenance (federation), documentation of architecture summaries
  • Knowledge on Active Directory Promotion and Decommission procedures, Group Policy, Active Directory Flexible Single Master Operations roles and seizing roles, user account management, backup and restore management of Active Directory objects and auditing
  • Understanding of Active Directory sites, subnets, site links, costs, replication, bridgehead servers, ISTG
  • Good understanding of Certificate Services, DNS, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Windows Internet Name Service, TCP/IP, routing and subnets
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems associated with Directory Replication service
  • Experience with VMware and Hyper-V is preferred
  • Experience with server monitoring and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of server hardware and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of IT Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices including Change Management, Service Management, and Incident Management
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative and distributed team environment
  • Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while proactively informing management of project issues
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to respectfully question ideas and share a point of view in support of business requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities quickly
  • Experience working on an Agile or Scrum team is preferred
