Requirements
  • 10+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in the fintech space with experience in lending and credit preferred
  • Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams - Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Operations
  • Have developed monthly and quarterly communication plans to increase app engagement, meet business KPIs and develop an authentic dialogue with customers
  • Have delivered quantifiable improvements while working on large customer databases
  • Have point of view on content strategy to reach and influence a target audience
  • Experience with AB Testing, experiment development and reporting presentation
Responsibilities
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing promotional & product email, push, and web campaigns
  • Designing monthly and quarterly engagement plans, including weekly/monthly drip campaigns and multi-channel engagement journeys
  • Managing execution & strategy of data-driven campaigns to ensure business objectives are met across different products
  • Working with Analytics to analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing & product strategies based on performance
