  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills are required; both verbally and written
Responsibilities
  • Participate in an internal, daily Teams call to prepare for the day ahead
  • Work closely with Case Managers taking direction, providing feedback and reporting case movement daily
  • Set-up life new business cases in our Agency Management System
  • Document all correspondence, status and follow-ups in our Agency Management System
  • Assist with obtaining underwriting requirements, including but not limited to exams and medical records
  • Direct unresolved issues to Case Managers or Supervisor
  • Add folders and upload documents to our Paperclip imaging system
  • Submit documents through Paperclip or Outlook to life insurance carriers for underwriting review
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and assess, respond or redirect inquiries to appropriate recipients
  • Coordinate and prepare life insurance policies for delivery to client
  • Monitor operator line for incoming voicemails
