Your Day-to-Day
- Lead the Digital Transformation Principals team and drive the Learning and Development program team.
- Continually mentor the team, define sales strategies, and drive flawless execution.
- Perform assessment to understand key challenges that a customer faces, to map it based on Company’s fintech solutions.
- Ability to assess and resolve issues and promote the sale of company products.
- Build a 3-year growth roadmap for Digital Transformation team along with a detailed execution plan covering resource requirements, budgets, and target.
- Apply theoretical knowledge and extensive understanding of the process flows of each module of the Integrated Receivables Solutions.
- Perform fit gap analysis to determine functionality that will help solve problems and at the same time project automation rates which will help the client envision the savings.
- Apply knowledge based on solution methodology and delivery methodology along with functional knowledge of activities such as Cash Application, Deductions Management etc. coupled with knowledge on Cloud technologies related to Cloud delivery models.
- Partner with the client and collaboratively develop a solution that best meets customer needs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders ranging from AR Analysts to CFO/CIO while designing the digital transformation strategy for the client.
- Apply hands-on to engage in in-depth conversations related to product offerings and problem solving with clients, which includes various Company tools involved in the design of proprietary frameworks such as Virtual Assistant Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
- Identify the needs and challenges of clients and help product teams convert these requirements into workable solutions by using cutting edge technology to develop AR automation products.
- Stay abreast of industry security and compliance standards of Company such as PCI DSS and SOC 2 to ensure customers attain and maintain high industry standards while migrating to the cloud products of Company.
- Play a key role in helping Company sell and retain customers in the United States and thus expand its market capture.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize roadmap plans and develop new pricing models.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to drive lead generation.
- Oversee Sales Operations - Account Assignment, Forecasting Accuracy, Pipeline sanity etc.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Drive overall solutioning and pricing strategy for customers.
- Mentor the Digital Transformation Directors and collaborate closely with the AVP’s - Digital Transformation by sharing continuous feedback.
- Provide accurate Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Forecasting.
- Continue to build and mentor a strong Solutions Principal Team abroad.
- Define targets and conduct quarterly performance reviews for all solutioning resources.
- Foster collaborative environment based on track record of rallying teams to success.
- Play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and retaining talent by driving the overall growth strategy for the Digital Transformation team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field of study.
Experience:
Plus five (5) years’ experience with fintech in the areas of solution design, driving value assessments, and with benchmarking studies.
