EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - KLDiscovery Inc. ("KLDiscovery" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of eDiscovery, information governance, and data management technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Andrew Shimek and Chris Stone to its Board of Directors, effective March 4, 2025.
In addition, at the closing of the transaction, KLDiscovery received $50 million of second lien secured financing which was used to repay a portion of the Company's first lien secured debt, a portion of the amounts outstanding under the revolver, and pay transaction expenses.
KLDiscovery is ranked in Chambers' Global-wide 2024 NewLaw Guide in Band 1 for LawTech Consulting and Band 3 for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
