Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build the technical roadmap from business requirements and own its delivery.
  • Lead the engineering team toward the technical roadmap and ensure timely execution to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language model solutions using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based architectures.
  • Maintain high-quality, efficient, reusable, scalable, and performant Python code using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, as well as SQL code.
  • Assist with deploying Generative AI applications on Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services, optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
  • Work with product owners, data scientists, and business subject-matter experts to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development.
  • Stay current with advances in large language model research and Generative AI, and propose and experiment with emerging techniques to improve model performance.
