PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $122,000.00-$149,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $94,500.00 - $176,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. As the Website Design and Production Manager at BECU, you will have the opportunity to shape the digital experience for thousands of members by ensuring BECU.org not only reflects our brand but serves as an engaging, user-friendly platform. Your work will directly impact how members interact with BECU online, providing them with seamless, intuitive experiences. You will oversee the design, functionality, and content of the website, collaborating with both internal and external teams to drive projects forward. Your contributions will help us continually evolve and innovate, ensuring that BECU remains at the forefront of the financial services industry’s digital landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead Website Design and Strategy: You will take ownership of BECU.org’s strategic direction, ensuring it is aligned with both the needs of our members and the objectives of BECU. From concept to execution, your role will be instrumental in developing and refining the website’s layout, user experience, and content structure to enhance functionality.
Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll serve as a key liaison between various teams—Marketing, Digital, Design, and external vendors—ensuring projects are aligned and executed efficiently. Your role is central in driving collaboration, solving problems, and keeping teams on track to meet deadlines and goals.
Oversee Website Production and Publishing: You’ll manage the publishing and production processes for BECU.org, ensuring that content updates, page designs, and new features are smoothly integrated into the website. Your attention to detail and organization will ensure that the website is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Prioritize and Manage Projects: You will work closely with the Web Team to prioritize website initiatives, from project discovery to planning and implementation. Your ability to balance multiple projects and manage timelines will ensure that all initiatives are executed successfully and within budget.
Enhance User Experience (UX): With a focus on continuous improvement, you will work to elevate the user experience on BECU.org. Through A/B testing and analyzing user feedback, you’ll identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase website engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure Brand Consistency: As the brand advocate for BECU.org, you’ll ensure all design and content align with BECU’s brand guidelines. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the website consistently reflects BECU’s identity and values across all touchpoints.
Lead Sitecore CMS Strategy: You’ll manage BECU.org’s CMS system, Sitecore, ensuring it’s optimized for content creation, publishing, and functionality. Your leadership in this area will help enhance the overall user experience while streamlining content management processes.
Oversee Testing and Quality Assurance: You’ll work with the QA and Optimization teams to ensure that all new features and updates meet BECU’s high standards for usability and performance. Your testing processes will ensure the site runs smoothly for all users.
Implement New Features and Content Updates: From product campaigns to new page layouts, you will manage the development and implementation of new content on BECU.org. Your ability to execute strategic initiatives will ensure that the website evolves in a way that continues to meet both user needs and business goals.
Monitor Trends and Industry Best Practices: You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, technology, and digital marketing to ensure BECU.org remains innovative and competitive. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions and keep BECU ahead of the curve.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT, or equivalent work or educational experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in website development or production.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Sitecore CMS.
Experience with Tag Management Systems (TMS), including knowledge of implementing and managing tags using systems such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM).
Experience creating, testing, and troubleshooting tags to ensure accurate tracking and data collection across the website.
Ability to set goals and objectives and manage the research, planning and implementation of new projects and programs.
Ability to create digital strategy roadmaps for the Marketing department through research, planning and implementation of new projects and programs.
Ability to build and present educational materials and programs for staff.
Excellent PC and HTML skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
