  • 5-8 years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • 3+ years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks.
  • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
  • Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform.

  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations.

  • Designations such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci.
Responsibilities
  • Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, architects, other consultants), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements.
  • Align with clients to build long term relationships that further business value for both the client and Long View.
  • Analyze complex requirements and implement D365 solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices.
  • Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations product suite.
  • Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges.
  • Follow Agile best practices using DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks.
