  • University degree or college diploma within a related discipline of marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations

  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Experience working with small / medium sized businesses (SMBs) is an asset
  • Experience building great relationships with customers is an asset (retail/customer service/call centre/hospitality)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Take inbound support messages (Intercom) and calls, providing the best service for our customers
  • Support Implementation Specialists and Account Managers in their day-to-day, including helping to solve client inquiries and issue
  • You are always looking to help our clients in the best way possible with a positive 'can do' mindset
  • You are committed to always improving the way we do things
  • Escalate issues/bugs to developers & professional services
  • Work directly with other delivery teams (ex: External Talent Team) to ensure all client deliverables will be met on time
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of OneLocal's technologies, processes, and teams
  • Understand the company's goals and vision, participating in your own individual goal setting on a quarterly basis
