Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project management activities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Efficiently coordinate and manage daily meetings, calls, travel, and movements for the Chief Legal and Chief Talent Officer.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, corporate decks, and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Manage and facilitate a high volume of email communications, including drafting replies and following up as needed.
  • Plan and execute morale events, volunteer activities, and logistics for offsite meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure strict confidentiality in all matters.

  • Experience working with Legal and Talent executives would be helpful.
