Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Three or more years of experience in a brokerage or bank-based brokerage firm support role are required.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required, including comfort working for and receiving instructions from several team members.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
  • The ability to work flexibly and diplomatically in a team environment and quickly learn other programs, processes, and procedures with minimal to moderate instruction is required.
  • Strong judgment, accuracy, organization, prioritization, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain monthly sales production snapshots for each Private Client Advisor for Wealth Market Leaders.
  • Download and manage outstanding managed-money annual review reports from Salesforce.
  • Provide operational support for Wealth Market Leaders and advisor teams within defined markets or regions.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including licensing and registration information, office space, equipment, phones, email updates, system access, supplies, calendars, and orientation to daily-use systems.
  • Set up new-hire access and tools, including Key Connect pages, applications, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, voicemail, Outlook signatures, and Biscom fax lines.
  • Review and establish compliance files and organize new-hire books of business, including downloading NetX account lists, separating account statuses, reviewing files, and processing book movements.
  • Compose and coordinate PCA introduction letters, mailing lists, mail merges, and mailings when applicable.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding, including term notifications, Workday termination, access termination, equipment returns, voicemail updates, distribution-list changes, and book-of-business movements.
  • Stand in for the Wealth Market Leader when necessary or appropriate.
  • Coordinate partnership communications between Retail and other groups within KIS.
  • Create and maintain market listings covering branch coverage and PCA hub locations.
  • Coordinate licensing and team movements with Retail partners and the Licensing group.
  • Pull and review NetX Manager Queue reports and process account or representative movements.
  • Maintain books of business and process annuity book representative-of-record changes.
  • Support human resources and Workday processes, including position maintenance, requisitions, position closures, employee updates, time and paid-time-off corrections, delegated expense reports, and purchasing requests.
  • Maintain Wealth Market Leaders’ Outlook calendars and schedule one-to-ones, team calls, and market calls.
  • Process rep-code changes, annuity representative-of-record changes, and hub-location changes, including space coordination, communications, licensing, back-office coordination, business-card orders, and client letters when applicable.
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for client events with Wealth Market Leaders, the Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Relationship Executives, and applicable leaders.
  • Work with Marketing, Client Service Group, and Compliance to obtain approval for client invitations and consolidate participating PCAs’ invitation lists.
  • Create event pages, business trackers, sign-in sheets, name tags, agendas, presentations, and related materials.
  • Research and source event locations and coordinate event logistics, overnight accommodations, audio-visual needs, meeting times, and attendees.
  • Coordinate team meetings and trainings, including locations, rooming lists, audio-visual arrangements, invitations, planning calls, agendas, presentations, pre-work, accommodations, and supplies.
  • Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures and conduct business ethically in the best interests of clients and KeyBank.
  • Perform other assigned duties as business needs change.
  • Occasional travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
