  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience OR and STEM PhD AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
  • Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company
  • Must have experience using Java
  • Must have experience with Ansys STK (Systems Tool Kit)
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 3 years of related professional/military experience OR and STEM PhD AND 1 years of related professional/military experience

Responsibilities
  • Organization and self-drive to gather required information, work with stakeholders, and provide analyses and presentations.
  • Performs mission engineering activities to ensure continuity between desired operational capabilities and delivered system performance, through the Systems Engineering “Vee”.
  • Ensures performance capabilities of new systems and architectures are traded against cost and mission requirements; develops mission relevant scenarios; assesses operational effectiveness of existing and emerging systems and capabilities in representative operational environments.
  • Develops new and/or integrates existing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models, and command and control models.
  • Simulates real-time operations and develops software that represent projected behavior of systems.
  • Develops, integrates, and uses advanced graphical user interfaces and visualization tools.
  • Models operational environments, performs trade studies via computer simulation and recommends alternative architectures.
  • Performs operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis.
  • Incorporates AI/ML techniques in Modeling and Simulation frameworks
