  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Retail/eCommerce and corporate experience required.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • In-depth expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, and developing business cases to drive key decisions.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and maintain complex financial models across multiple business lines to support forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with the VP of Finance to set monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets for sales, margin, and ROI metrics across various categories and channels (retail stores and eCommerce).
  • Lead and oversee the monthly forecasting process and the annual budgeting cycle.
  • Support and help streamline the month-end close process by completing budget vs. actual analysis against prior periods, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide strategic financial insights for long-range planning, including 3 year projections and modeling, to guide leadership decisions.
  • Lead expense management initiatives by partnering with internal departments to provide monthly expense reports and identify and implement expense reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and present financial business case recommendations to optimize profitability, communicating key proposals to the executive leadership team.
  • Drive continuous improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to enhance both efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment of financial reporting with organizational objectives and performance goals.
  • Partner with internal and external consultants on Netsuite and other IT systems optimization projects.
  • Support executive and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc projects as needed.
