- At least 10+ years of industry experience
- Certified Agile Scrum Master
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of JIRA and/or TFS or other tracking tools
- Ability to interact with business users, capture requirements and create JIRA Agile user stories
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
- Experience in documenting business processes using process mapping and modeling for current-as-is and future-to-be states
- Ability to develop and manage use case models and supporting specifications, and contribute to and review BPM object models
- Ability to assist development teams by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable production of quality software that meets product requirements
- Interact with business users, capture requirements, create JIRA Agile user stories

- Enable identification and analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers

- Middleware, BPM, Case Management project background would be a big plus
