Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management within data center, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments is required.
  • Experience managing oversized, high-value equipment logistics and transportation coordination is required.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure equipment such as UPS systems, PDUs, switchboards, or related electrical systems is required.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, transportation management systems, and inventory tracking processes is required.
  • A strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and multi-site coordination is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment is required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for oversized, high-value data center infrastructure and assemblies.
  • Manage carrier selection, routing, scheduling, shipment tracking, and transportation execution.
  • Coordinate with specialized carriers, rigging teams, and heavy haul providers for delivery and placement of mission-critical equipment.
  • Manage inventory visibility and material flow across multiple sites, suppliers, warehouses, and manufacturing partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and traceability within enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and logistics performance to support manufacturing and deployment schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate transportation or material availability risks that could impact project timelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and safety requirements for specialized shipments.
  • Support cost optimization efforts through carrier management and logistics coordination.
  • Coordinate staging, sequencing, and delivery schedules to align with installation requirements.
  • Track and report logistics and inventory metrics, including on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational readiness and deployment execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics, inventory management, and material flow processes.
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for large-scale electrical infrastructure equipment.
  • Track inventory movement and material availability across multiple sites.
  • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Manage enterprise resource planning inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and mitigate delays.
  • Support logistics planning for production, staging, and deployment activities.
Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of transportation permitting and specialized shipment regulations.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
