  • Five (5) years recruitment experience
  • Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM, HRCI or other HR certification preferred
  • Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking
  • May be required to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Requires significant use of personal computer, phone and general office equipment
  • Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects
  • Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone
  • Off-site travel
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for physician, allied health, and management positions throughout Bay Area Hospital
  • This position must possess considerable expertise in networking, social media, on-line advertising, referrals and direct sourcing techniques
  • In addition, the position must have strong interviewing skills
  • An expert knowledge of the recruitment process
  • The ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • The capacity to clearly articulate the employee value proposition
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM, HRCI or other HR certification preferred
