Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Client Inquiries: Review tickets received from clients inquiring about a recent contractual amendment and respond to the tickets with a standard response.
  • Follow Up on Client Tickets: Follow up with clients on their tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus but not required.
