The Role:
Nylas is looking for driven individuals to continue building out our Growth sales team. Growth AEs will focus on closing business from companies in the 0-200 employee range. This role consists of working with and closing inbound leads, prospecting and closing outbound leads, and managing a book of business to sell to your existing customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of opportunities through the entire sales cycle
- Research and engage with inbound leads to build your sales pipeline
- Prospect and generate fresh outbound prospects to maintain a full sales pipeline
- Build relationships with your book of business & close upsell opportunities
- Perform product demos to prospective customers
- Close both high velocity & strategic deals
- Work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales Engineering teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of full cycle sales experience in a closing role
- Track record of outbound pipeline generation & prospecting expertise
- Desire to work within a fast paced hyper growth environment
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota goals
Compensation Range:
$90,000 - 120,000 OTE + equity
