  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience delivering SaaS products for external end-users, deep SMB experience across desktop and mobile.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial experience managing multiple functions of an operation.
  • Proven success in driving product strategy and product releases in a comparable environment.
  • Experience in Agile development environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting is a plus.
  • Expertise in product development from inception to market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the execution of the core product strategy and roadmap to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the Product Management team in identifying macro-trends in business needs and software product requirements, focusing on the broader customer base.
  • Define and drive strategic product goals and initiatives that are directly tied to target User Personas, with superior communication skills to enable the team to understand important nuances and execute efficiently.
  • Foster an environment of growth, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring product managers and their teams perform at high levels. Build on today’s test-and-learn philosophy and take it to the next level by mapping key micro experiences to user personas and intended outcomes.
  • Expertly take inputs from quantitative and qualitative sources, identify a clear set of decision making criteria, and drive the team to deliver a clear set of outputs: product requirements documents (PRDs), clear roadmap KPI’s, and financial targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with functional, engineering, and product executives across the company.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Professional Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Influence future business strategy at the leadership and executive level.
  • Build an inclusive organization with high levels of employee engagement by attracting and developing talent and rewarding high-performing teams and individuals.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance employee skills, motivation, and performance.
