Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the full portfolio of Ethicon surgical devices and solutions, with a focus on energy and endomechanical platforms.
  • Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, primarily in operating-room settings.
  • Manage an assigned sales territory covering physicians and hospital institutions.
  • Attain the sales forecast for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
  • Understand and demonstrate proper product use to clinicians in the operating-room environment.
  • Execute the selling cycle and selling process in a concise, professional, ethical, compliant, and persuasive manner that leads customers to action.
  • Conduct sales presentations using current methods learned in sales training courses.
  • Analyze data, monitor market information, and conduct business planning, including setting priorities and evaluating sales opportunities within accounts.
  • Build customer relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors.
  • Conduct customer education seminars as appropriate.
  • Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
